To find your correct size, take your measurements as shown in the silhouette and use the table as a size guide. These measurements refer to your body’s size. Sizes may vary due to style and desired fit, but have been designed to fit the body size specified on the silhouette.
In an effort to make the purchase experience as simple as possible, we charge only a flat rate of 7.50 euros for all countries. If your order exceeds 100 euros, you will not be charged any shipping fees.
In Portugal orders are typically delivered within 5 working days after the payment date;
Deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world may take up to 8 business days, depending on the country you reside in and transport time;
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday. Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.
Customers can have orders delivered to their homes or offices only. Delivery will take place during normal business hours. Thus, in order to facilitate the delivery, Customers are asked to specify their business address or some other address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Check Order Status
The Customer must check the status of the package upon delivery. If the package has been damaged, you should not accept the delivery. Once Ocean Stitch has processed the return of products, the amount paid for the purchase and delivery will be refunded to the Customer.
I have not received my order
If you have not received your order by the projected delivery date and you have not been notified via email, please e-mail us at: email@example.com. We will do our best to make sure you still get our “details”.

At Ocean Stitch, we want you to be happy and delighted with your purchase. We know that occasionally you can change your mind, taste or expectations. But we will be here to make sure you are still happy!!
So, if you need to exchange or return an item, you always have the option to do it within 30 days, provided that the item is in good conditions.

We take no responsibility for lost or damaged items in the return transit.
If the product ordered is defective or non-compliant and the return is approved, Ocean Stitch will refund the amount of the product and delivery costs, as well as direct costs incurred by the return, within thirty (30) days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made in the same way as your original payment.
Returns will be accepted only on items that are in original condition with the original tags, and have not been washed, worn or altered.
All returns must be accompanied by a return form.
Returns and Refunds
We can only return the value of the products; in any and every case, the shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer. If the return is due to the delivery of a damaged or defective item, we will refund the original shipping costs you have paid.
